How we approach connected application analytics for distributed services and cross-platform activity — from the first intake call to the walkthrough.

Start with the outcome, not the tool list

We ask which decisions your team makes with activity numbers each week. That list becomes the spine of the engagement. Tools appear later, as carriers of those decisions.

For cross-platform work we insist on one written definition per key activity before comparing charts. Definitions prevent weeks of debating dashboards that never measured the same thing.

Five phases

  1. Intake — Confirm surfaces, privacy constraints, and the three journeys that matter this quarter.
  2. Inventory — Catalogue existing events, properties, and destinations with your admins present.
  3. Journey cards — Map each outcome across services, identifiers, and ownership.
  4. Findings — Rank gaps, overlaps, and naming drift against the decisions you named in intake.
  5. Walkthrough — Deliver the measurement map and a ticket-ready list your teams can schedule.
