Data we collect
When you use the contact form we collect your name, email address, optional assessment preference, optional surface description, and message content. When you commission work we may also process business contact details, meeting notes, and materials you provide that incidentally include personal data of your staff or users (handled under your instructions and access controls).
Technical logs may include IP address, browser type, and pages visited when essential cookies or optional analytics cookies are active. See our Cookies page.

Legal bases

Retention
Enquiry messages are retained up to 24 months unless a longer period is required for an active engagement or legal claim. Contract records are retained for the period required under Korean commercial record-keeping practice, typically up to five years after the engagement ends. Analytics data, when collected, is retained in aggregated form according to the analytics provider settings we configure.
