These terms govern use of networkedcloud.digital and engagements with Networked Cloud.
Acceptance
By using this website or commissioning an assessment, activity review, measurement design, or health check from Networked Cloud, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or engage our services.
Services described
Pages on this site describe professional consulting and assessment services for connected application analytics across distributed services and cross-platform activity. Descriptions and rates are informational. A written statement of work confirms the binding scope, fee, and schedule for any engagement.
Intellectual property
Website content, including text, layout, and branding of Networked Cloud, remains our property or that of our licensors. Deliverables produced under a paid engagement (such as measurement maps and findings reports) are licensed to the client as set out in the statement of work. You may not republish site content for commercial use without permission.
Client materials
You retain ownership of materials you provide for an assessment. You grant us a limited licence to use those materials solely to perform the engagement. We do not claim rights in your product data beyond what is needed to deliver the agreed work.
Liability
Assessments provide advisory findings based on information available at the time of review. We do not warrant uninterrupted accuracy of third-party analytics tools or that implementing recommendations will achieve a particular business result. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Networked Cloud’s aggregate liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.
Website use
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, or submit unlawful or harmful content through forms. We may suspend access that threatens the site’s integrity.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea (KR). Courts with jurisdiction in Gyeongsangbuk-do shall have exclusive venue for disputes arising from these terms or from engagements originating from our Gumi office, unless a statement of work specifies otherwise.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
