Refunds and cancellations
How deposits, cancellations, and refunds work for Networked Cloud assessment engagements.
Eligibility
Refunds apply to fees paid for scheduled assessments, activity reviews, measurement design projects, and health-check sessions. This site does not sell physical goods or software licences.
Timeframe
Cancellation requests should be sent in writing to contact@networkedcloud.digital at least five business days before the agreed kickoff or session date for a full deposit refund, unless work under the statement of work has already begun.
Full and partial refunds
- Full refund of unused fees — if we cancel an engagement for reasons within our control, or if you cancel with at least five business days’ notice before kickoff and no substantive work has started.
- Partial refund — if you cancel after kickoff, we refund the unused portion after deducting fees for work already performed (intake, inventory hours, draft materials) and any non-recoverable third-party costs agreed in writing.
- No refund — for completed deliverables already accepted, for health-check sessions that occurred, or for deposits when cancellation arrives within five business days of kickoff without a reschedule.
Non-refundable items
Prepaid travel booked at your request for on-site sessions, and third-party tooling licences purchased specifically for your engagement with your written approval, are non-refundable once incurred.
Refund process
Email a refund request with your invoice number and reason. We confirm eligibility within five business days and process approved refunds within fourteen business days of confirmation.
Refund method
Refunds are returned by the original payment method where possible, or by bank transfer to the account you nominate for Korean domestic payments.
Cancellation and rescheduling
You may reschedule a kickoff or health-check session once without fee if you give at least three business days’ notice. Further reschedules may incur a KRW 150,000 administrative fee. We will offer a new date within a reasonable window.
Deposits
Deposits secure calendar time and cover early discovery work. They are applied to the final invoice. Deposit refund rules follow the full/partial sections above.
No-shows
If your nominated contacts do not attend a scheduled workshop without notice, that session is treated as delivered for billing purposes. We will attempt one courtesy reschedule at our discretion.
Work already started
Hours spent on document review, interviews, and drafting before cancellation are billable at the rates in the statement of work and deducted from any refund.
Exceptions
Force majeure events (including severe public health or travel restrictions affecting an agreed on-site day) entitle either party to reschedule without penalty. Statutory rights under Korean consumer law remain unaffected where they apply.
